Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations within the 24-hour window, will incur a cancellation fee of $50. No-Shows (missing an appointment without prior notification) will also be charged $50.00 and will require a non refundable deposit of $50 which will be applied to services at next scheduled booking.
If you arrive significantly late (e.g., more than 15 minutes), your appointment may be shortened, or you may need to reschedule, potentially incurring a cancellation fee.
Repeated No-Shows or late cancellations >2 times, will require a non refundable deposit of $100 applied to services to schedule future appointments, or at owner's discretion, will be prohibited from booking altogether.
